On the weekend we went for dinner in this hotel. We were served by the lovely Mella who was so welcoming and got us a table straight away even though they were busy. We have a young child and she was extremely kind and friendly with her, which made us all laugh! The food was 10/10, couldn’t fault it at all and we weren’t waiting long at all. Service was exceptional with drinks down in just a couple of minutes and Mella being so catering. She was an extremely chatty, friendly girl who is very good at her job. Well done Mella!

Hotel was lovely and all staff were great but our waitress Katie was amazing every night couldn’t do enough for us and always had a smile on her face and had a laugh with us all. Rooms are very nice kept clean a tidy. Didn’t get a chance to use the gym or pool big they look great.

Katie is an amazing waitress always has a smile on her face and always happy to help you.. 10 stars 🌟 amazing. What a beautiful hotel. 10/10 as well.. Stayed here over my birthday and had a lovely time. Will be back again this time for a holiday. Lovely hotel great staff and town isn’t to fair..

Lovely atmosphere and hotel nothing was too much trouble. We arrived at 0930 due to the flight time and the lady at the desk was more than accommodating offering to see if any rooms were ready so that we could check in straight away, this then left us a whole day to go out and explore. The food in the restaurant was beautiful couldn’t fault anything. Used the pool twice it was great can’t fault anything thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

So we have spent two nights in McWilliams Hotel in Claremorris. Hotel beautiful and we got a free upgrade to a suite as it’s our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Stay has been fabulous. In particular the service we received at our meal tonight from a young lad called Lorant. I would be proud to be his mum!
